Our daughter loves the Isletta… the only complaint she has is pushing it on to her arm on her and clicking it… I forwarded her the email regarding opening the clips a little.

I LOVE my new Isletta piece. It fits perfectly and snuggly on my G7 and I've worn it constantly through 3 sensors so far without issue. I am a silversmith as well and the quality of the piece is top notch. I will be purchasing more!

I just got my jewelry in and I love it so much!! I have always felt a little ashamed of wearing my dexcom and felt I had to hide it because it felt ugly. But now I find myself putting it in places where it CAN be seen! This is such a small change to a diabetics life that actually makes a huge difference in dealing with this terrible disease. Even more beautiful in real life! Stunning quality on a gorgeous, unique item. Love that someone has made diabetes tech so cool!!

I went to a concert the first night I wore my little charm and got so many compliments from both diabetics and non diabetics! It’s super cute! It was a little hard to put on, you have to push it down really hard and it kinda hurts but it’s worth it. My only complaint is it doesn’t come with something to remove the charm from the sensor after the sensor expires and for the price of the charm I think that should be included. Overall I am so happy with my purchase!

We also really appreciate your honest feedback. The Shell is designed to fit securely so it stays on throughout the life of your sensor, which can make the initial application a little snug. As for removal, we completely agree that having the right tool makes the experience much easier. We’re currently sourcing a removal tool that we plan to include with future orders, and we’ve also started including a polishing cloth to help keep your Shell looking its best.

My sensor came with a scuffed finish. I expected top quality for the price. Have submitted photos/videos of scuffed product and have yet to hear back.
