Yes! We ship worldwide.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times vary between 7-20 business days.

Our gold pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver and finished with a 1.5-micron gold plating.

Sterling silver will always be the foundation of every Isletta piece. We are committed to using high-quality base materials to ensure durability, longevity, and a premium feel against your skin.

Like all gold-coated jewelry, the gold finish will naturally fade over time with wear. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes to help extend the life of the plating. While these steps will help preserve the finish, all gold-plated jewelry will eventually show signs of wear.

The good news is that the base metal underneath is still solid 925 sterling silver, so your piece remains high quality even as the gold plating naturally wears over time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

Because each Isletta Shell is produced in small, limited batches, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Yes! The Shell is designed to stay on for the full life of your sensor.

Our sterling silver pieces are designed for everyday wear, so you can apply your Shell on day one and leave it in place until your sensor expires, including while sleeping and showering.

For our gold-plated pieces, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or other activities involving prolonged exposure to water whenever possible. While they can be worn daily, minimizing exposure to water will help preserve the gold plating and extend its lifespan.

If you ever have specific concerns about your routine, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help.

The Shell features a precision pressure-fit design. It attaches by gently pressing the Shell onto your sensor with one hand.

To remove it, we recommend using two hands for better control, or asking for assistance if needed. Carefully apply pressure to release the fit without pulling on your sensor adhesive.

The Shell adds a small amount of weight and size to your CGM, so you may notice it slightly more than your sensor alone.

Each Shell weighs approximately 6–9 grams (about the weight of a loonie), making it lightweight while still feeling substantial and secure.

Most wearers adjust quickly (or don't feel any difference), and the Shell is designed for comfortable, everyday wear. It is light enough to forget, and beautiful enough to notice.
