This drop introduces compatibility with Libre 2, and Libre 3, alongside a limited restock of our first collection of the Dexcom G7.

Each shell is crafted in 925 sterling silver, designed to elevate the devices you wear every day.

This release is still produced in small batches in Vancouver, Canada.

Early access subscribers will receive password entry to the website one hour before public launch.

Whatever remains after early access will be released publicly.

Why Isletta?

As someone who wears a device every day, I’ve always loved jewelry, the way it makes you feel stylish and confident. If I love adorning my ears and neck, why shouldn’t I be able to adorn the device that’s part of me too?

Isletta exists to make medical devices something to be worn, not hidden.
