Every piece is thoughtfully designed in Vancouver, Canada, and produced in small batches.

I have just given my daughter (17) her Isletta shell as a surprise present - she is absolutely delighted. She got the Sol design in silver and it is absolutely stunning on. Her non-diabetic sister is very jealous as it looks so cool.

It’s so cute and fun! I do wish it came with a tool to remove it, but I made do with some tweezers. SO cute I love it! :-)
